Quality construction
Latukrest OÜ is a construction company based on Estonian capital, which started in 2007 and operates in both Estonia and Finland.
In our early years, we were engaged in the renovation of facades. As a small company, we subcontracted to construction-related companies, our employers were Astlanda Ehitus and Nordlin. From 2009, we started to engage in construction activities that provide more knowledge, skills and challenges. We build and renovate buildings with different functions.
In addition to construction services, we offer project management and, through good partners, also design services.
Over the years, we have expanded the scope of work to be performed, offering all kinds of construction work, starting with plumbing, electrical work and foundations to turnkey solutions. Roofing and facade work have become our most popular field.
Despite our long experience, we consider it important to keep up with the times, ie to develop and improve our skills at every opportunity. We guarantee the high quality of the work done, its long duration and customer satisfaction, and we develop the most optimal solutions to even the most complex problems.
